My name is Wendy Gempton. I live in the Lockyer Valley in Queenland, Australia, with my husband, dogs, cat and cockatiel, and sometimes my sons as they float back and forth on their missions through life. Living in the bush gives me great opportunity to paint natures blessings, which I try to capture through a mixture of my own photo references and artistic license. Sometimes it works as planned, but usually my art takes on a form of its own regardless of what I'm trying to create. Either way, most of my work has either been sold or is currently for sale.
